The customer brought this car in wanting a body-off show quality driver. We will be building this rare Sunset Coral color car for the family to drive. When completed, this car will be restored to its original Sunset Coral color and will have a white hardtop and a black soft-top. This car has a 312 engine, automatic transmission, a 1957 intake carburetor, tilt steering column, air conditioning, power steering, power brakes, power windows, TC radio, and wide white radial tires.

 

The body, engine, and frame have been disassembled for this body-off restoration. We are refitting the attaching pieces on the body to get the car ready to be primed.

 

We started restoring the frame by priming it to get it ready to be painted.
